Nature's Whisper Yoga Teacher Training is a 200
hour course and is open to students who aspire
to be yoga teachers, students who wish to deepen
their personal practice and knowledge of yoga as
well as health care professionals and current yoga
teachers seeking deeper knowledge and certification.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BECOME A TEACHER TO PARTICIPATE.

Nature's Whisper Yoga Teacher Training consist of 200
hours over a 4 month period designed so that you have
space for growth and integration. The days and
times are accommodating for the full-time working
schedule incorporating weekend "intensives" for
deeper studies and practicum.

Each "Intensive" will be dedicated to an area of yogic
practices which form a mandala of wisdom, intuition,
knowledge and experience at the deepest levels of the
body, spirit and mind as well as methodology and anatomy.

Schedule 
Five months, ONE (to two) weekend(s) a month
weekend intensive hours:
Thursday 4:30-9:30, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-5:00pm

All Intensives will be held at Yoga Garden, San Anselmo, CA.

*It is suggested that you keep an open schedule on the day 
of Intensives to allow integration of knowledge gained, 
late endings and socializing.

Notice of changes will be discussed and participants will be 
notified in a reasonable amount of time.

Nature’s Whisper School of Yoga

Jolie Cash, is the director and senior teacher of 
Nature's Whisper School of Yoga (RYS 200) 
and is a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance at 
the 500 hour as well as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance 
(Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer at the 500 hour 
level). Jolie is also certified with Tantra Yoga International 
at the 500 hour level and has over 2,000 hours of training.

Nature's WhisperTM School of Yoga is qualified to certify at 
the 200 hour level under the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. 
Yoga Alliance is a national registration organization that 
is dedicated to upholding the standards of yoga teachers and

Dr. Pali Cooper, DC.
Anatomy & Phisiology

Dr. Pali Cooper is a chiropractic practitioner, Active 
Release Techniques® soft tissue specialist and teacher.  
Pali integrates these treatment techniques with the principles 
of alignment and functional movement and the concept of taking 
Yoga off the mat both physically and spiritually.   

An honors graduate of Life Chiropractic West in 1991, she has 
certifications in Active Release Techniques® (ART), Biomechanics, 
Sports Medicine, Cranial Sacral Work, OM Yoga teacher training 
along with 20 years experience in body work. Dr Cooper practices 
in Corte Madera, California and teaches ART in the US, Canada 
and Europe.  

Pali was introduced to Yoga at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of SF 
in the early 80’s and has been an dedicated student of Yoga ever
since. Her volunteer work ranges from treating world-class 
athletes at the Ironman Triathlon in Kona to breast cancer 
survivors climbing Alaska’s Mt McKinley. She herself has 
summited Mt Shasta twice as part of the Breast Cancer Fund’s 
Climb Against the Odds team.

Each applicant will be selected through a private interview
with Jolie. Jolie does not discriminate against any individual

The students are asked to be committed fully to the hours 
and dates of the training.  Only 1 make up will be offered!
Continuous enrollment in the Training and completion of all 
homework assignments is expected in order to benefit to the 
fullest potential of each individual and as a group.
Three mandatory yoga asana classes per week are expected. 
To fully integrate the practices, it is recommended to 
practice daily. Yoga asana classes available for mandatory 
attendance are arranged to accommodate most working schedules.

Certification   
NWSY is Yoga Alliance certified. A certification compliant 
with the 200 hour level of Yoga Alliance will be awarded at 
the end of the course and is dependent on attendance hours, 
dedication and commitment.

Course Fee 
 
COURSE FEE:
If paid in full, the course fee is $2700. 
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by January 15th, 2008 
to reserve your space. ($2,900 late registration) 
Balance is due prior to the first session. 

Tuition includes a study text book with handouts, asana 
workbook,yoga classes and any ongoing workshops taught 
by Jolie during the training. 

Monthly payment plans and ONE (1) work study position 
is available by application process. Work study discount 
will be discussed individually.
 
The course fee may be broken up into monthly payment schedules 
at the full rate of $2,900.

Nature's Whisper™ Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a
